There is a bit more to Taichu's background, but I would prefer to have it be discovered through RP.
I like the lore, so I RP with it in mind. I do not mind lore bending to an extent, but I do not like to RP with things that are utterly lore-breaking, like a half-voidsent half-sin eater or something.
I'm a gay male in his mid-twenties, prefer other roleplayers 18+. I'm open to most themes but it's a hard pass on extremely dark and cruel themes. I will only ERP on the condition that our characters know each other well enough and the RP has developed for that occur.

It's important to note that all methods listed below may ask for gil. This is IC, and no OOC gil is required for any services the shaman provides.
Divination Services
Bone Divination - Taichu can perform various rituals with bones to determine outcomes. He can burn them and read the cracks, toss them in a shape to answer questions about an action you plan to take in the near future (if I propose to my girlfriend, will it go well? etc.), and he can wash them to weigh the option of good or bad decisions. He traditionally uses them also for shagai. Roll a /random 4 three times and you will be given a fortune based on the cardinal directions.
Scrying Mirror - Taichu has a brass mirror lined with animal symbols on the glassy perimeter. The participant will ask a questioning pertaining themselves or other people (is my best friend trustworthy? Which animal best describes me in this season?). They will stare at the mirror momentarily, then close their eyes. They will then open them and the very first symbol their eyes are drawn to on the mirror light up and Taichu explains the symbol according to cards I will use.
Moon Stone Lot - The moon phrases are drawn onto smooth, circular stones and placed them into a clay pot. An individual asks a question then dips their hand into the pot with their eyes closed, pulling out a moon stone to tell of their fortune. Afterward, I will draw cards from my own collection and provide the fortune.
Tea Leaf Reading - One drinks from a tea cup and the shaman reads the patterns left behind on the tea cup. There are symbols drawn on the inside to determine an omen. Roll a /random 9 to learn your fortune.
Healing Services
Spiritual Expertise: Taichu can use various foci and methods to call upon spirits. He's able to see them and communicate. He can perform exorcisms, banishments, cleansing, scrying, and other services.
Restoration: Taichu can use both mundane techniques as well as magical to cure and assist with ailments including but not limited to: minor aches, pains, external wounds, Auri horn, scale, and tail care, gastrointestinal issues, headaches, and more.
